A bit more about our Radiant Soultz ingredients:
Olive Oil & Ceylon Cinnamon- the power house duo
Olive oil is a strong moisturizer helping hydrate and soften skin by trapping in moisture. It creates a protective barrier around any wounds and aids healing by keeping the area moist. It also provides anti-inflammatory properties to help soothe redness and swelling.
Ceylon Cinnamon improves blood circulation, increases blood flow to the skin’s surface and helps keep the skin hydrated resulting in a more radiant and plumped-up appearance. Our Soultz products use ceylon cinnamon powder which acts as an exfoliant, unclogging pores, boosting circulation and improving skin glow. Cinnamon also reduces inflammation, may help accelerate wound healing, and is antibacterial and antifungal. It contains compounds like cinnamaldehyde which may help fight off infections and acne-causing bacteria.
Both olive oil and cinnamon are rich in antioxidants that help protect the skin from environmental damage and the signs of aging. The combination of both ingredients in our products lovingly supports your skin and overall wellbeing.
Please note cinnamon can cause skin irritation, discolouration or potentially burns and should be used with caution if you have sensitive skin. Consulting with a dermatologist and doing a patch test before use is highly recommended.
Kalahari Desert Salt
The Kalahari salt we use in our products is unrefined, harvested from pristine sources, and free of additives and pollutants to ensure the best possible benefits for you and your overall being..
For some cultures, salt from this region is believed to have purifying and cleansing properties that extend beyond the physical body.
African Black Soap
Its ingredients such as ash, shea butter, coconut oil and cocoa pods effectively treat skin issues such as acne, oily skin, and skin inflammation; clearing pores and gently exfoliating without stripping natural oils. It helps fade dark spots, post-breakout marks and hyper-pigmentation supporting the development of a more even skin tone. The soap is antibacterial, helping combat problematic skin bacteria and treat breakouts, blackheads and pimples and soothe mild skin rashes. It is also anti-oxidant rich, protecting and supporting the skin from damage and helping combat inflammation making it beneficial for skin conditions such as rosacea, eczema and psoriasis.

What Kind Are You?
Lately I’ve been referring to myself as a tortoise. I can really relate to the way a tortoise moves slowly but surely and pulls back inside its shell when it needs to. This is how I see myself interacting with the world, in particular the business world and moving...
Nettle
Also known as stinging nettles these are one of nature’s best nutraceuticals. Rich in protein, minerals (especially silica and calcium), iron, vitamin A, C, & K, as well as chlorophyll nettles are power houses for us and our animals. They can be boiled, steamed or...
Where is my power 2
One of the tagline words we use is Inspire. Our thoughts when starting out was to share what had inspired us to make changes in our lives and what their impact had been so as to possibly inspire someone else to make a change or to inform them of a different way of...
Where is my power 1
Growing up with a nurse for a mom meant I didn’t get away with pretending to be sick, but getting sick meant that I got special attention and time out. So this became a learnt pattern for me, showing up when my self care got so low (which was fairly often until...
Milk Thistle
Last week I talked about my health journey and how it led to understanding my liver and giving it some love to help it and the rest of me heal. Along the way I have found many supplements useful particularly those that are known to support the liver. Dandelion which...
Loving my liver
Photo by VD Photography on Unsplash It is said our livers are the generals of our bodies. They control and direct so many functions (more than we can ever hope to truly understand) and are the true work hub of our bodies. Yet in the past I paid so little attention to...
Avoiding herbicides and pesticides around home
After tackling the products we used in the house to help our dog Leo, ourselves and our environment, next on my list was the garden. This was a tougher job than I had thought, not only in finding alternative weed killers, but also changing my and my family’s...
What chemicals are on your floors?
When our beloved dog Leo was diagnosed with epilepsy my journey into natural products and healing began. I had previously paid little attention to what products I used other than to advertising which told me which products I needed to buy to make my cleaning life...
My love-hate relationship with plastic
There are so many uses for plastic from storage boxes to food containers to holding my favourite bath scrub to my keyboard to all sorts of things. As I sit and write this I’m looking at so many things that are made of plastic in some way. Plastic protects and holds,...
Connecting to the source of my power
This is a hard topic for me. I think it should be something so easy and yet for me it’s not. I felt compelled to write something about this, as for me it follows on to self love. Yet getting the words to flow, the ideas to formulate and work cohesively has been...
